Lynann Collins
Lynann Collins is a seasoned aerospace executive with more than 30 years of experience driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and customer development across the commercial, defense, and space sectors. She has led successful post-acquisition integrations ranging from early-stage IP and small business acquisitions to large-scale transactions valued at up to $150 million. Her ability to align operations, unify teams, and deliver value creation has made her a trusted leader in organizational scaling and complex business transformations.
Most recently, Lynann served as Interim CEO of Air Ground Electrical, where she led the development and execution of business strategy, raised capital, expanded key partner relationships, and positioned the company for scalable growth across diverse market segments.
Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Proponent, including Vice President of OEM/Interconnect and Vice President of Customer Development. In these roles, she had full P&L responsibility, managed global portfolios exceeding $70 million, and led cross-functional teams spanning sales, operations, quality, and product management. Her leadership was instrumental in strengthening OEM and aftermarket partnerships, driving innovation, and fostering high-performance, entrepreneurial cultures.
Earlier in her career, Lynann served as General Manager and Director at Wings Electro Sales (a Proponent company), overseeing compliance, quality systems, manufacturing, and customer programs for specialty markets across North America. She holds deep expertise in regulatory compliance and standards including ISO/AS, DSCC-VQ QPL, and U.S. Department of the Navy protocols.
Lynann began her career with The AGES Group in quality inspection, purchasing, and program management roles, eventually advancing to support legal operations as a paralegal. This foundation gave her a comprehensive understanding of the aerospace supply chain and regulatory landscape.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from SUNY Old Westbury and a Paralegal Certification from Florida Atlantic University. Lynann is widely recognized for her collaborative leadership, strategic foresight, and commitment to continuous improvement in highly regulated, results-driven environments.
