Founded in 2018 by Pari Parchi, Panorama Aero is a privately held, employee-owned aerospace firm specializing in mission-critical aircraft and support services.

Panorama Investments LLC (Panorama Aero) owns and manages a portfolio of specialized, mission-critical aircraft and related equipment to support a variety of targeted global missions. Beyond financing, we have capabilities across a wide range of support services including procurement, logistics, maintenance, management and servicing of aerospace assets.

Panorama Aero takes a partnership approach by working alongside key joint venture industry partners, including Special Mission Aircraft Support Services (SMASS). Our team has over forty years of experience investing across the aviation life cycle, with expertise across turboprop, corporate, commercial, and parts investments.

Acquired $100M Funding
Panorama Aero closed a $100M SPV with Basepoint to fund aircraft acquisitions and expand its airborne infrastructure portfolio. The capital positions the company to grow beyond the initial commitment — consolidating operating companies, integrating next-gen technologies, and building a cohesive defense-capable aviation platform anchored on proven turboprop aircraft.

PC-12 Delivered to Texas Department of Public Safety
Panorama Aero delivered and leased a Pilatus PC-12 NG to the Texas Department of Public Safety, supporting transport and lift operations statewide. The aircraft — a former U.S. Navy trainer — was sourced and delivered on an accelerated timeline through a partnership with Berry Aviation.

Rapid PC-12 Delivery to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Panorama Aero delivered a fully reconfigured Pilatus PC-12 to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in just three weeks, providing an interim solution following the unexpected grounding of a critical state aircraft — fully equipped and on schedule.

In response to an emergency executive order by the Florida Division of Emergency Management, Panorama Aero sourced and delivered a fully mission-ready Cessna 208B Grand Caravan EX in just four weeks to support aerial damage assessments and emergency supply transport.
